DELIVERY TERMS
Deliveries are carried out throughout the Republic of Moldova (excluding the Transnistria region) via the courier company Nova Post.
Delivery costs:

50 MDL within Chișinău municipality

90 MDL for other localities in the Republic of Moldova
For orders exceeding 1800 MDL, delivery is free of charge.
Orders are processed between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or during weekends will be processed at the beginning of the next business day. After placing an order, you will be contacted by phone by one of our operators to confirm the details.
Delivery timeframes:

Chișinău: 2–3 business days

Other localities in the Republic of Moldova: 3–4 business days
(Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is confirmed by phone.)
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with the courier contacting you in advance.
⚠️ For items that are not in stock, delivery will take place after the jewelry has been handmade. The standard production time is 2–3 weeks. Please refer to each product description for specific details regarding availability and delivery time.
