Shipping policy
DELIVERY TERMS
Deliveries are made throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova (except for the Transnistria region) via the courier company Nova Post.
Delivery costs:

50 MDL within Chișinău municipality;

90 MDL for other localities in the Republic of Moldova.
For orders exceeding 1800 MDL, shipping is free.
Orders are processed between 10:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 17:00 or on non-working days will be processed at the beginning of the next business day. After placing an order, you will be contacted by phone by an operator to confirm the details.
Delivery times:

Chișinău: 2–3 business days

Other localities in the Republic of Moldova: 3–4 business days
(Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is confirmed by phone).
Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday, between 10:00 – 17:00, with the courier contacting you in advance.
⚠️ For products that are out of stock, delivery will take place after the jewelry is handcrafted. Typically, production time is 2–3 weeks. Please check each product description for additional details regarding availability and delivery time.
