Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions of use for the online store www.tuqris.com apply to orders for the purchase of products/services offered by Tuqris SRL through the website.
For proper use of the site, we recommend carefully reviewing these Terms. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.

These Terms govern the use of our website and the contractual relationship between us, Tuqris SRL, and the users of the website. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Provisions

This website is owned by Tuqris SRL. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of Sale of goods, based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter – Terms), presented below.

Using the website constitutes acceptance of the Terms proposed by Tuqris SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the client and the seller is governed by Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other legal acts adopted in accordance with it.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor such changes.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Handmade Jewelry: Our products are handcrafted using the highest-quality materials. Since each piece is unique, slight variations from the images shown on the website may occur.

2.2 Personalized Jewelry: We offer personalization services, and custom orders are created based on the specifications provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information.

2.3 Production Time: Products are made to order in our workshop. The production time is 3–14 business days from order confirmation and payment, depending on the complexity of the product.

3. Placing Orders

3.1 How to Place an Order: Orders can be made online through our website. After completing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details.

3.2 Order Confirmation: An order is considered valid only after our confirmation via email or phone and after payment of any required advance.

3.3 Changes or Cancellation: Once the production of a personalized item has begun, the order cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Order Registration and Payment

4.1 Prices: Prices displayed on the website are in MDL and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Security: We use secure payment processing methods. Customer credit card information is not stored.

4.3 Payment of Orders: Payment can be made by card at the time of placing the order on the website. You will receive a receipt confirming the payment.
Online payments are conducted using 3D-Secure for maximum safety. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refunds are made only to the card used for the purchase.

To make a payment, the following card information is required:

Card number (16 digits)
Expiration date (month/year)
CVC/CVV code (3 digits)
Name on the card

If the card currency differs from the transaction currency (MDL), the conversion will follow the issuing bank's terms.

Cash Payment: The buyer can pay in cash directly to the courier upon receiving the package.

5. Delivery

After placing an order, the buyer will be informed of the estimated delivery date by the delivery service Nova Poshta.

Delivery within Chișinău: 1–2 business days from order confirmation
Delivery across Moldova: 1–4 business days from order confirmation

Delivery is free of charge.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Delivery times may be extended in exceptional situations (bad weather, legal holidays, unforeseen technical issues, etc.). We will notify you in advance if such a situation arises.

You may choose any delivery address – home, office, or other – without extra charges. Only one address per order is accepted. For multiple delivery addresses, separate orders must be placed.

Upon receiving the product, please check the packaging and receipt in the presence of the courier. Subsequent claims regarding these matters will not be accepted.

6. Returns and Warranty

6.1 Returns: Purchased jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (Law No. 105 of 13.03.2003 on Consumer Protection): "Jewelry made of precious metals and stones, including semi-precious and synthetic stones," cannot be replaced.

6.2 Warranty: Jewelry is covered by a 24-month warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, improper handling, or accidental damage.

6.3 Procedure: If you notice a defect, contact us immediately by email or phone. The product must be returned along with proof of purchase.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing correct information for delivery and personalization. TUQRIS is not responsible for errors in information provided by the client.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All images, descriptions, and designs on the website are the property of Tuqris SRL. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

9. Personal Data Protection

By using www.tuqris.com, you automatically consent to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for order processing, confirmation, and execution.

Personal data is processed solely for legitimate purposes such as fulfilling orders, promotions, analytics, cookies, and newsletters. All data is stored and used in accordance with Law No. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access. Internet data transfer cannot be fully secured; therefore, use is at your own risk.

Data processing is done in good faith, both automatically and manually, ensuring security, confidentiality, and protection of data subject rights.

Only data provided by consumers when placing an order is processed: name, surname, phone number, address, and postal address. Data will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law (requests from public authorities, courts, etc.).

Personal data may also be used for statistical and marketing purposes. TUQRIS staff are required to maintain confidentiality.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the site, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
